2. For Professionals & Service Providers

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information while creating your profile. Fake profiles or misleading information will result in immediate termination.
• No Guarantee of Business: While our Premium Plan grants access to project leads, we do not guarantee lead conversion, actual business, or successful project closures.
• Code of Conduct: You agree to maintain high professional standards and communicate respectfully with clients obtained through our platform.

3. For Clients (Users Posting Requirements)

• Posting project requirements on Kokani Engineer is completely free.
• Independent Verification: While we conduct basic verification of professionals, it is strictly your responsibility to verify their credentials, past work, and licenses before hiring them or making any financial transactions.
• Kokani Engineer is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the professionals.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

For professionals opting for our Premium Plans:

• Subscription fees (e.g., yearly premium plans) must be paid in advance.
• Payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways.
• All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once the service (access to leads/banners) is activated, unless otherwise specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Kokani Engineer, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including financial loss, project delays, or property damage) arising out of the use of our platform or the services provided by the professionals listed on our website. Disputes regarding work quality or payments must be resolved directly between the client and the professional.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, logos, banners, and designs generated or displayed on the Kokani Engineer website (except user-uploaded portfolio images) are the intellectual property of Kokani Engineer. Unauthorized copying or distribution of our platform's design or code is strictly prohibited.
